I took the gradual pathover rock and scree,marked by cairnsalong the way. Passing juniper,lavender and thyme,through quiet passagesof birdsong and breeze. Caressed by whispersfrom the ruins of old,where others once dweltamidst terraces laid. With distant echoesof joy and pain,rising from rubbleand fallen dreams. Moving beyond veils,transcending time,imbued by remnantsof forgotten lives.
